UT Medical
Joint Replacement Center
The purpose of this project is to re-design the UT Medical Joint Center to align it with the overall mission, values, and vision of the hospital. The client desires to have a cutting-edge facility with larger patient rooms that are easily maneuverable, upgraded equipment that meets the patients’ rehabilitation needs, and an inviting work environment for the staff. The existing facility is not up to par with the nearby competition and is not encouraging the use of this facility for in-patient rehab after the surgery, and could deter potential patients from using this hospital for their surgery as well.

I used bold graphics and neutral tones to create a relaxing recovery area for the patient. The graphics on the floor (cemento deco) will create a "family zone." Luxury vinyl will be used in the patient room and ceramic tile in the bathroom.
